You have to have an absolutely clean version of MineCraft 1.2.5.. then install and run ModLoader making sure its the version for Minecraft 1.2.5 that you are using.. Then once minecraft runs with that, install MineColony...
If you definately have the right files, then you are definately installing wrongly..
Absolutely 100% make sure your base minecraft install is 100% clean (i.e. delete everything except the minecraft.exe.. run it to get a clean install of minecraft, then download and run MCNostalgia (Or one of the other downgrade programmes) to make it back to 1.2.5

I KNOW it is stressful thing when things do not go as planned : and often with Minecraft, that happens alot. here is an EASY thing you can do if you have failed to get Minecraft to do as you wanted it to : FIRST, go into the minecraft folder and copy the entire Bin folder and paste it to someplace safe : like your video folder.. SECOND : TRY THIS web address TO GET A COPY OF 1.2.5 .JAR www.minecraftmine.org/minecraft-1-2-5-jar/MAKE AT LEAST ONE COPY OF THE FILE IN A SAFE PLACE SO YOU HAVE A BACK_UP. GET winRar to open the .jar file : GET ModLoader 1.2.5 use the WinRar to put the Modloader files into the .jar according to the instructions for Modloader. -------- return to that Bin folder : delete the original .jar file in there ( you have it copied, so it is only removing it from the game , not your computer ) copy and paste your newly Modloader packed .jar file into the place of the deleted file in the Bin Folder : and everything SHOULD be fine ***Crashes of Minecraft 1.2.5 are actually Normal : yes, they are : I got my version 1.2.5 from Notch for free back then, it is my favorite version and the only one I want to play : besides, it has MineColony in it
