Heh. That was a quick fix to the earlier bug. Earlier, when the d-mans chest got full, it crashed. Now we just drop it on the ground. I do intend on him finding another chest to store it in. Any chance on a way to expand the box , or have him look for nearest box and i can put a few in the basement or something?

here's what ive noticed. builder will become non responsive, approaching him , he won't say anything. if killed, he flickers red and doesn't despawn.
Had a miner who insisted he needed to go thru lava..died repeatedly. also later found the last one was not yet dead but standing there non responsive, killed and flickered red.
settler people trying like mad to get into fenced in area's....even with a gate...silly buggers. settler people going out into water and just jumping spinning....like a dance or something....I hit them and then they resume their normal life. settlers trying to jump where they see vines. if you hit the vines, they just go the next vine they see.
had lumberjack ignoring saplings on ground, might just be he wasn't close enough or something.
Farmer will work but not harvest anything untill you build him a house. once you place sign to build house, he stops working and says build my house first. but he'll work with just the box, but not harvest anything.
None of my people seem to feel a need to eat anything, im playing on peaceful. this is not a complaint, but an observation.

The lumberjack doesn't actively seek out saplings on the ground, but he'll pick them up if he goes over them. And none of your people -need- to eat, they'll just be happier if they do. (starve ALL the villagers! )

my town hall keeps burning down..........you need the fireplace to be fire proff While wood blocks are flammable, two wooden half blocks on top of each other are not. This can be used to make fireproof wooden buildings. a fire block can turn any air block into fire that is adjacent to a flammable block and up to one block downwards, one block sideways and four blocks upwards.

Forums > Other Mods > The Mod Compatibility List. I tested Castle Defense with the previous version of MineColony for 1.7.3, and it worked just fine. As far as I know, Castle Defense hasn't been tested with the MineColony for 1.8. You should post any conflicts between MineColony and Castle Defense (or any other mod, really) to that thread.

I have found a glitch/buildlayout problem.
If you want the upgrade the buildershouse you must cut some woodblocks away, before you can put the upgrade sign. If I dont do it, the sign will be a little out of line and the builder doenst build it correctly

just want to note the already mentioned vines spinning. If I break the bottom vine block the settlers don't spin anymore in the vines hanging from the trees.
Also, starting a fresh install of all my mods and a new world. Miner kept hitting a cobblestone block but block wasn't breaking. So I broke it for him and water came rushing out. I patched it back up but he kept trying to break that block. So I broke the cobblestone beneath him to try to get him going again but he kept trying to reach that block even though he was way out of reach of it. I left and went back the next day and thought maybe a stone pickaxe was the problem. So I gave him an iron pickaxe but that didn't help. I had to bring him to a demise. But no one is stepping up to take his place. I have reset citizen chests and moved the miner box but nothing yet.

With your cobble miner.. I think the AI tries to break a block.. If it reveals water he immediately tries to block it up again.
I'm guessing your miner was stuck in a loop breaking this block and then patching it up.. The workaround until the AI is beefed up is to remove/block in the water blocks behind the problem block...

If he sees water (or lava), he should close up the leak and then detour around it. Was this as he was digging down to the spiral layer? or was he already at the spiral layer and doing his spiralling? Was the block higher than him or lower?

There is a way to define his path using signs...
I'll try and find out the relevant info for you
