Can anyone point me to a decent mod for SP that will make it continually daytime? (or at least reset to morning with the push of a button in game??) beds are fine and well, but sometimes, I just don't want to break what i'm doing to go sleep Thanks,

Optifine has that option in it. It's also a great mod for making your game run better.

Personally I use Single Player Commands with the command /time day bound to a key. Whenever sunset rolls around, I press the key and it's instantly morning.

Optifine has "always day" so it never gets to be not noon. nyah.

Sometimes I like to let night happen for good old fashioned mob slayering

Single Player Commands Seems like the way to go for me.. nice to have the easy option of letting a night cycle run

The thread for SPC is here. Under the 1.8 download are the links for previous versions, including 1.7.3.

yeah, saw that option in Optifine and Forge compliant now.
Another is called Somnia, lets you sleep until dusk or dawn and option to reset your spawn point when clicking on a bed.
Also, hold a clock when your hand when clicking on your bed and you have many more time options.

lol I might be Necroing a bit, but the always day option wouldn't be good if your using millionaire in conjunction, sense NPC villagers Reproduce at night and your Diplomatic points are restored through a full day cycle, or maybe at midnight dunno exactly.

A few times necro'd threads have led to good discussions, so I'm not opposed to it.
I like optifine because I don't have to think about it... but in the last version I used, you had to cycle through "always day, always night, normal time" so if I wanted to change it from always day to normal, I had to go through night. Not a huge deal, but it was annoying a few times. It was easy enough I didn't mind most the time though.

I use Too Many Items, that allows you to set the time of day to Sunrise, Noon, Sunset, and Midnight as well of course providing you access to game Blocks/items (ALL unlike creative mod), it does what I need/want it to. Could use Not ENough Items too I suppose but the item list to the side only shows up in window mode. :/ Would be nice if that was fixed because I really liked the fact you could view recipes of items / blocks..

Yeah, I totally forgot that TMI and NEI added time mods. I haven't used either in a long while.
