I usually have them living "across the street" from where I have them working.

BUGGGS, whenever I make changes with MCPatcher I hit the unpatch button before I patch. That makes it copy a clean jar back over.
I think Vlad is planning on redoing the lumberjack, there are a few other annoyances with him because he was coded before all this stuff was added.
I put a few houses around the woodlot like others do, which is better than nothing.

I was going to change the lumberjacks model, and maybe add a new behaviour. Besides him forgetting which sapling he picked up, and chopping up houses (which i don't think i can fix to cleanly) what are his other bugs?

1. He doesn't pickup saplings at all unless they are in the chest. 2. All saplings & wood converted to default type. 3. Doesn't pickup apples or cocoa. 4. Replanting saplings is spotty. I can't seem to isolate it. He seems to go through saplings way too fast (I have added several stacks at a time to his chest).

Rodolfo In the Minecolony.properties file which is in you .minecraft folder.. Increase the "builder working range" (forget what it's actually called) - this should make him work at longer ranges

Is there a feature and bug list started for 1.1?

Bug list is Here. Features are the same as always. If you really want to know, check out the wiki, look for pmardle's posts about the website he's made, or check the official Minecraft forums for the MineColony thread.

Thats "Working as intended" at the moment.. Although there are numerous other chests in his warehouse, he will still only put stuff in his main chest.. You have to manually move stuff out of there to the other chests if you want to.. What would be GREAT, is if they would code similar to the many economy mods/shop mods where you could put a sign above the chests - with perhaps the item code from the lexicon (hint hint) that the delivery boy will now deposit that stuff into that particular chest

You get an exalt just on the strength of that suggestion alone! :-)

I don't think it's MineColony because I don't have the same problem.

Putting a sign above the chests would kinda conflict with the build signs that are already above the chests

So if a chest has wood, he'll continue putting wood in there. Same with sand, cobblestone, iron ore...

Because I just tested it, and it doesn't seem to be working...? (assuming you mean inside the deliveryman's hut?)
