I think his power levels up as his building does, but I'm not a hunter expert... I think it's being looked at...
Constructive feedback and suggestions on balance are I'm sure appreciated by the devs.

Because the hunter blind was level 3 and I had the feeling that with every shot he deals only 1 damage (half heart).

Yeah I think it's accepted the Hunter needs beefing up... With the imminent addition of guards to MineColony, perhaps the hunter will be re-assigned to killing pigs, sheep, chickens and cows, and leave the night time mobs to the guards

The hunter himself doesn't do that much damage but his 3 dogs attack like every 0.5 seconds and just destroy mobs almost instantly. Any feedback on his combined damage with dogs? Also say which difficulty you're on

I think there should also be a Warrior/Soldier and Archer NPCs to guard your town from hostile mobs, creepers, slimes, etc. Thats already in the works Oh my bad. There are some other thoughts/suggestions; * Market, large and expensive, allows you to buy/sell items (provided by Merchant trades, which are assumed) from basic stuff such as wood, stone, etc to String, Wool (All colors?), etc. * Would like to see banks have their own builds built from them, if thats not planned already. * Delivery Guy provides resources from his warehouse to builder's chest (when builder needs something). * Player House, Sure I suppose you could do it yourself or destroy a citizen chest when the house gets advanced enough if your that evil..but still be nice to have a house built for you while you go out, collect resources/ level up. *Would like to see some interaction between this mod and millionaire, no doubt would exist as a separate mini mod. that would require both mods. I doubt would probably be done, but would be epic.

When the builder asks for string, he actually needs wool. He asks for string because he can use it to make wool. Just give him wool, and he'll be happy.
I do agree though, a market would be nice. If nothing else, than for ores or such after you've mined out an area completely.

lol Didn't expect a reply so soon. I edited my post with some additional suggestions.
Another thought on market, what is provided could depend on its level.

You never know when I'm online. I stay logged in 24/7 so I can just pop in whenever and surprise people. I keep poking at the chat. People wanted one, but nobody's ever on it. There is a bank floorplan, I think. It's just not connected to the chest. I consider this a good thing, because it means I can put the bank inside the town hall and still have it work. I think the delivery guy does deliver construction materials to the builder's chest... he just takes them immediately. If he doesn't though, it doesn't really matter since the builder pilfers whatever he needs from any chest he can access (even through walls. The bastard.) You can have the builder build a citizen house without the chest, using signs. You just need to know the floorplan names. You still have to build them in order, because the way that the floorplans are written, but still. I think there's a few other house floorplans included as well. If not, check out the user floorplans thread. There's some nifty things in there. I always use the supply ship or the roof of the town hall as my home.

Supply Ship?? I don't recall that being in minecolony? Different mod? But yea I considered using town hall, just nothing perm until after its final level is finished obviously. Well as I see the floor plan could be connected to the chest, the build option could be available in the bank chest, but if you rather just plop it in your home and/or town hall or where ever then just don't click build.
Oh just remember another suggestion, themes to fit various cultures, like Japanese/Asian, Nordic, European (Which it is already, if I am not mistaken), Mayan etc. A/The "Bridging" mod could make use of the culture specific items for this as well. Including them in market? I know Millionaire mod has Japanese, Norman (No Culture Special blocks in regards to buildings), Hindi, and Mayan.

Supply ship's in MineColony. You have to build it. Craft a ship shape out of ships, place the block near water. You get a supply chest and it spawns a huge ship in the water. A few people made new floorplans that're more asian-inspired. They're in the floorplans thread. I put everything in the first post, so it's easy to find whatever you're looking for. If you (or anyone else) want to make a set of floorplans with a theme, I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to package them into a folder and replace the standard floorplans with themed ones. You'd only be able to use the one theme, but until the devs figure out multiple town halls (which isn't super high on the priority list methinks) there's no reason to figure out how to make multiple themes work simultaneously. I keep telling myself I'll learn java so I can make a mod, but it's a lie... otherwise I'd work on the bridge mod. MillenColony.

Oh I see, I suppose it would help if I read the site XD, Have a habit of getting stuff and just go at it. lol I was going to ask how far but reading the "Getting Started" apparently needs to have a 15 block ahead and to left of water unless its a land ship apparently. I suppose you could always do a "Crashed into Shore" type of thing I guess. Bad sailing skills and all

Oh also there is a issue I would like to point out, with the Townhall (and such buildings that do this) the villagers like to take the leaves and a lumberjack will go after the tree/bush stumps. I would recommend replacing the leaves with green wool and the tree trunk with brown wool, might look a bit weird pending texture pack but at least the NPC's will leave it alone, unless a block check could be down around the chests to keep them from removing such stuff. Otherwise the more simple fix would be to replace those blocks in the design...or let them go at it I suppose...

3 ideas 1. a factory made with a furnace surrounded by wood that smelts ores? 2.a wall option on the town hall that starts making a wall on the edge of your town limit. 3.stuff thats hard to get like something using saddles for a cavalry, as i find minecolony makes it too easy tp get diamonds.

Netra: I just put my workers far enough away from my other buildings that they don't bother them.
Ultimatewill: This is pretty much exactly what you had in your other thread. Please don't spam by putting the same stuff in multiple threads. Also, other users complain that the miner doesn't get diamonds very easily. In my experience, he doesn't... because the diamond has to be directly in his path. He doesn't actually seek ores, and doesn't mine them from the walls of his mine. A player is WAY more efficient in terms of ores/time than the miner worker will ever be.

* Player House, Sure I suppose you could do it yourself or destroy a citizen chest when the house gets advanced enough if your that evil..but still be nice to have a house built for you while you go out, collect resources/ level up. How about this? There is also a thread on this forum where people are posting their own floorplans. You can download the floorpans and instruct your builder to build them. ~ If women have shears they shave sheep instead of kill them. This FTW! I installed MineColony and opened an existing game (backed up, of course) in which I had animals in pens, and the villagers slaughtered them all! I was able to stop them by placing iron doors controlled by switches instead of normal doors, but the Hunter's dogs are able to get into the pens, so they have exterminated my sheep. Having the women actually do something useful with the sheep would be great, and it would solve my current wool-supply problem. So here are some suggestions from me: - Allow women who have shears to shave sheep instead of killing them.
- Allow women who have buckets to collect milk from cows.
- Alternatively, introduce new workers: shepherds and ranchers, who keep sheep and cows, respectively, and collect resources from them. They could be provided with wheat to encourage reproduction, and only kill the animals once their population has increased beyond a certain point.
