Unfortunately there's no money in making games for an outdated console, especially the xbox.
The PS2 likely has the best shot at that though, since it was pretty much the #1 console of all time as far as sales and game library goes.

Well, what I meant was they should make sequels for them with the xbox 360, I mentioned the original xbox because both of those games were made for that one.

I think any sequel to anything at this moment is better off left for the next console generation. With the PS3 and the 360 having been around for years, and the systems being far behind good PCs at the moment, any new game that wants to take advantage of the hardware a PC can offer (Skyrim on max settings on the PC comes to mind, try having those same graphics on a current console and you'll find yourself wanting.) will have to use an immense amount of corner cutting and workarounds to get them into a good looking, very playable state.
The PS4 or Xbox 720 (which is what I've heard via rumors, names may change) will hopefully be able to accomplish those kinds of demands.

Yeah, I have heard rumors about that as well. Also, in the movie "Real Steel" (awesome movie) in the background at one of the fights you can see an Xbox 720 billboard like they have at baseball parks and wrestling matches of the people that sponsor that park or whatever. At this point I wouldn't care what console they made the sequels for, I just want them ;D. Anyway, really looking forward to playing Mine Colony. Also, I checked out Anon 1602 because the wiki said that this was inspired by that but I haven't played it yet because I need this annoying thing called "money" . What is it like? I love Empire building games and stuff like that.

I haven't played Anno, but Stem has an ad for Anno 27something.

Stem, the lesser known cousin of Steam. D:
Pretty sure it's Anno 2070, I've seen it on steam also but it's always pretty expensive (at least as far as I'm concerned, I'm always broke). The reviews I've read talk pretty highly of it though.

there are few games i like playing with controller: GTA2, Super Mario Brothers (on NES or SNES), and racing games. any first person shooter on console has a lack of keys on the controller.

The creation kit for Skyrim just came out yesterday, I'll likely be playing around with that for a while even though I'm no modder.

Of course. One of the best selling factors for elder scrolls games are the user generated content. Some awesome, some hilarious, some useful, etc etc.

There's actually a multiplayer mod for Skyrim, but it's probably terrible like the same mod in oblivion was. Basically it turns the other person that's with you into an NPC that's controllable from another computer. I hear the lag was terrible and there was the problem that the NPCs from each game didn't sync up.

The Skyrim multiplayer mod isn't done yet. My boyfriend and I are waiting for it, because I absolutely fail at playing it singleplayer.

lol well, just dont expect too much from it. The same mod in Oblivion was completely crap.
I'm not saying it's impossible that it'll be good, I'm just saying I'll be astounded if it is.

Oh, I know. I'm not banking on it being very good, honestly. I like playing RPG games for the storyline... so as long as that aspect is working, and my boyfriend and I can get through it without too much hassle, I'm all good.
