Hello! I started playing MineColony about 1 week ago and fell in love with the mod completely. I'm 23 years old, have used the last two years of my life studying to become a nurse. I have now taken a different path in life and I'm planning on becoming a computer engineer instead. I currently work in kindergarden and sometimes take turns at the hospital when they need more people. I have been playing minecraft since Alpha and computer games since I was 5 years old. (racing games against my brother ftw!) Currently I play League of legends, Warcraft III, Starcraft II and Minecraft the most. I look forward to The Secret World and Diablo III which both are to be released soon Well I guess thats a "short" introduction to me and my gaming addiction hello everyone ^^

Seems you've changed career paths a few times already. Why is that?

Well I started working inn the health care system when I was 18, while trying to figure out which schools to apply to and what to become, my family wanted me to take the nursing education since I was working inn health care and did a good job, as well as half my family is working inn the health care industry I have always loved first aid, search'n rescue and that kind of thing so learning more about the body and how to treat wounds and conditions was of great interest to me, I was thinking of taking Trauma nurse education as my specialty later. Anyways 5 years working inn a system which is clearly not working, watching as leaders re-organize for profit as they call it only to loose more money than they gain which leads to even worse working conditions for us on the floor. I do love my work at the hospital, but I hate the system, just like more or less every other nurse/nursing student here at the hospital. After five years of service I figured it was time to do something different, so I ended up back on the "what to do, what to become" wagon and figured since I do have the grades for it and I do like math and physics why not take up engineering and focus on computers? So I quit school, said good bye to the health care system and started working more to save up money for my school years. I work where ever they pay me the most, at the moment I have a 2 months contract to work at a kindergarten while someone is on sick leave. after that I will either work more inn the hospital or set sail for the summer and join the fishermen for a while. So I changed path from Nurse to Engineer, but still the things I have learnt from studying nursing are quite valuable to me so I would not call it a waste. Also because of my education, or rather my half-way education I'm entitled to higher wages at the hospital and I can get a job anywhere inn Norway within the health care system if needed. So its a great foundation to have when I plan on taking an quite expensive education, its good to be able to work on the side

I forgot to mention where I'm from it seems, so here it comes I'm born in Bodø a town located north in Norway, I have been living at the sea for half my life time and every vacation, fishing and working on the sea. Later we moved to Hammerfest which is the northern most town inn the world. At least it was so inn 2000 still, not sure if it still is I have been skiing and ice fishing since I was a few years old, I love venturing into the woods or even better the open frozen mountain ranges of Finnmark. Oh and I have worked as a gardener at the local flower and gardening center, even though I like you CoconutCurry have no green thumb to brag about It was interesting and fun work even so So yeah I guess I always have been a jack of all trades, I do a lot of things and if I had time I would do even more, but a day has only so few hours so ^^

Ah. I wondered where you were from. Just a note: "Inn" means hotel. The word you're looking for is "in."
Hah! I plan on working on my green thumb eventually. Right now, I don't have anywhere to put a garden though. I didn't do too badly last time I grew tomatoes. What kinds of things did you grow?

Mostly plants for the summer season, but also carrots, strawberries and rose bushes. Also apple trees and other such trees
