Sorry ivancea, we're not allowed to give you the minecraft.jar file, due to Mojang terms of service. It sounds like you haven't installed ModLoader. Setup a clean install of Minecraft, then go to www.minecraftforum.net/topic/75440-v181-risugamis-mods-everything-updated/ and download ModLoader. Follow its instructions to install ModLoader. Once ModLoader is installed, you should have the mods folder and you can then follow the instructions to install MineColony. Hope this helps!

Did you remember to delete the META-INF folder from minecraft.jar?

i've noticed big delays in loading, especially the first time modloader is installed. I just wait a few moments and it works for me. going into the textures area and changing out of default also hangs up a while. but eventually works just fine.

Perdone mi español, no sé mucho. Necesita ModLoader.

My boyfriend distracted me from translating to spanish, and when I come back, there's a bunch of other responses already. Bah. Well, at least I got some spanish practice.

If ModLoader is installed properly, usually it will create the folder the first time you run Minecraft. I haven't seen your issue before, where the mod folder doesn't exist, so sadly I can't help. Sorry.

Go to the minecraft folder. Right-click with your mouse in a blank spot. A menu should open. New > Folder (Nueva > Carpeta). Just name it mods and it should work.

Obviously I can't say for sure, but I'm guessing that if it's not creating the mods folder on its own, then it's probably not working at all. I'm very interested to see if it does work though, so I eagerly anticipate a response.

When the mods folder is created, it is completely empty. If it's still not working, I suggest you start over with a new Minecraft 1.8, and re-install ModLoader.
