You have an ID conflict...
In the .minecraft folder there is a minecraft.properties file... In there you can manually change the ID's of the blocks minecolony uses...
It's a bit trial and error but you should be able to find a resolution...
Installing ID resolver might help too

You need to change the Miner's hut ID to something that isn't taken up by one of your other mods.
