I don't know. I myself am using 1.4.5 to get things converted. Once that gets done, i will update to the latest version and convert things again. That will be at least a week, depending on what my work decides for the weekend.
Then there will be the bug fixes and stuff. And i know right now i have several bugs and things to tweak.
So i'm thinking at least 2-3 weeks.

Right now i am doing taxes so i have to hold off for a bit. I am close to having it compile for 1.5.1. 1.5.2 are mostly bug fixes so i doubt it will need a rewrite.
Rscott In the next version have the infinite stack bug been fixed? Also I have deleted the animals from the hunter additional target list but he still goes after them. Is this a bug or maybe because i'm using multimc?
Do you have any plans to make use of the horses in 1.6?

I think i will put out a real early copy for 1.5.1. Just so people have something to play with. Then i will fix some of the blocks i have held off on. Then migrate to 1.5.2.
Its hard to tell how long it takes to convert to a newer version. Even if the game changed very little. The people (MCP) who decode the game may change many of the names of things, and this can affect many files. So it may be a big change going from 1.5.1 to 1.5.2.
I think i fixed one bug that may have caused the infinite stack. But i wasn't trying to fix it so it may still be there.
I'll have to check the code, but isn't the hunters list an 'additional' list. Meaning you can't remove animals from it, only add in custom animals (say from mo creatures).
No plans for horses because I want to work on some sort of 'game' element, expanding on money and taxes and the AI to make the town more connected and to add a little challenge. Hopefully leveraging upon the terrain somehow to make each game slightly different depending on where the town is placed.
