So I was thinking. Shouldn't we kind of mix the skin colors for workers? I'm not black, I'm just suggesting it. No racism whatsoever.

Well in an ideal world, but extra skins = extra coding and more resources, which means a bigger file download size etc etc.. Would rather the mod gets updated, bug free and with all the normal features implemented first

I thought it was just the skin that you had to change... Correct me if I am wrong.

It is just one skin to change... if you want all your farmers to be mexican and all your miners to be black. Not really any better, imho. What starz is talking about is having random skins be chosen, as in not all your delivery men look exactly like each other.
It's easy to change the skins yourself if that's what you want to do. The hard part is finding an image editor that still uses plain pixels instead of vectors... I was so irritated when I found out MSPaint went vector... I mean, who the f--- uses MSPaint for anything but pixel art anyway?
If MineColony is installed, you can find those files in your Minecraft folder: minecraft>mods>minecolony .zip file > mob BACKUP THE ORIGINALS; save a copy of the WHOLE DAMN FOLDER somewhere ELSE. Then simply open up the ones you want to change in your image editor and save.
That's how I got all the icons and block textures for this forum.
