I don't think a mod built for ModLoader can conflict with it. A conflict of this description is when one mod overwrites the files of another mod, thereby erasing whatever changes the first mod tried to make. But if a mod is built for ModLoader, then the changes that ModLoader has made to those files are already included in the file that the mod is adding in. That's why you need to install ModLoader before you install the mod itself. Are you actually running into issues, or did you just notice that they both mod the same files? If it's the latter, you have nothing to worry about. If it's the former, please give us more information about the error message.
