Can anyone confirm or deny that this mod works again with Millenaire?

I can't remember any time that there has been any hard incompatibilities between the two. If there's a problem between the two, it's likely just a shared ID and that's easily fixed.
I play both at the same time, granted I'm still running 1.0 though.

Have not found any compatibility problems with Minecolony and many mods. Millenaire among them. Probably not good to build towns nearby though, builder will steal stuff from Millenaire locked chests.

Millenaire eats my CPU. MineColony can get kindof CPU intensive if you have a lot of NPCs in an area. Putting them close together would probably eat CPU and memory.
But as Millenaire eats my computer well enough on it's own, I haven't put them together.

Could be an id conflict. IDresolver has not been updated to forge 1.3 and will cause crashes the second you hit a mob so if you use latest forge then you'll have to do it by hand.

How is it an ID conflict when I can't even get to the main screen for mine craft?

Sounds like you need to post your modloader txt file.

If it goes to a black screen after the Mojang logo, you may have forgotten to delete the META-INF folder from your Minecraft jar when you added ModLoader.
