[insert random introduction]
1. Roads - when player choses Planks, Cobble or Bricks, it also accepts stairs and slabs as road
2. Medic/healer/shaman/priest - one who hangs around the village healing everyone. His Healing material is healing rod (Two plans and silver coin to make)
3. Certain jobs only for women, like baker, farmer or fisher.
4. An option in worker chests: locate the worker. Upon pressing, it shows coordinates of the worker from the chest. Also his name should be shown, would make things easier
5. Healing NPCs with golden scepter (or silver from medic)
6. (That one's for a bit later I guess) Dark citizens (or simply put, Criminals). Once the town reaches certain level, a random citizen has a chance of becoming a criminal - either by stealing things (stolen items get a glow and stay in the thief's chest), or by murdering someone (a glowing wooden sword appears in the chest) or even drug trafficking (is seen with sugar/glowstone/redstone in his hand sometimes).
7. Library - level of the library defines speed with which builders work while the level of the hut determines their range
8. Bring back the old citizen class system. Now it is the level of the house that determines class (settler/citizen/noble/aristocrat). Back then it was whether the npc had his requirements met and I think it was making the game a little bit harder and more interesting when you actually had to think about those people instead of having them as small money factories.
9. I think Barracks should be slightly bigger and instead of having everything, they could have special places where player puts additional chests. What I mean is, originally the barracs can only spawn 2 swordsmen, but with addition of pikeman chest next to the barracs chest, additional two pikemen are spawned. Then add housing chest, select "build" in menu and it doubles the amount of spawnable soldiers. They do however require regular delivery of bread or they die and delivering meat increases their power.
10. Citizen hit by a zombie has a 5% chance of becoming a zombie himself which triggers zombie apocalypse - every citizen hit by a zombified citizen becomes a contagous zombie. That should however be announces so the player can react fast.
Tiny thingies to fix:
1. House lvl 4 hurts the citizen if you use "Recall citizen"
2. Seriously? The BUILDER'S hut with only 2 levels? And second level should use stone already I think.
3. Same for bank, level 2 is just ugly and has no floors
