Can I just ask the devs of the mod.. What is the vision/goal/ultimate aim of the mod... Don't get me wrong, I love the mod and think it is great.. but what was the vision when you created it? - To add a functioning town to increase the "life" within Minecraft
- To add a player owned town to take some of the grunt work of resource collection out of the equation?
- To just give the player something else to do in game?
I think knowing what you wanted the mod to ultimately be would be a great help in channelling the feedback and suggestions to help you achieve what you set out to do !!

I am driven by each of your 'ultimate goals', though more so the last 2 then the first. However, since minecraft is a sandbox type game, i would like to extend that philosophy into the mod. You don't have to work on making a town if you don't want to. You can use as many or as few workers as you like. You can use SPC, or TMI, or not, its up to you. I can't force it on you.
But thats just me, each of the developers works *mostly* independently.

SPC is single player commands, and TMI is too many items. They're "cheat" mods. They're really useful for testing mods and such, assuming the mod you're testing is compatible with SPC and TMI... and most mods are.
