Hello all!
All my villagers and there house chests are gone, Im not sure what can have caused it, but I had to delete my BIN folder cause of a game crash, does that folder contain the data or what could have happen?
Love the minecolony mod, but cant bear the idea of creating it all again (Townhall level 4 etc etc))
best regards / Mats

Yep seems you've nuked the minecolony installation..
One way to repair a damaged colony like this is to
First, ensure the mod is re-installed properly (install to a fresh copy of minecraft having first backed up your map saves, then copy these back in to the minecraft folder again later...
Find your townhall floorplans and back them up..
Replace these floorplans with floorplans that just have blank spaces, ensureing the new floorplans are named identically to the existing floorplan1 floorplan2 etc..
Place a new townhall chest in the correct location and run through the upgrades... the floorplans having just blank spaces, ensure the existing building stays intact, but teh chest is getting it's upgrades..
Repeat for all buildings you had before..
Don't forget to put the original floorplans back in the right place when done !!
The other option of course is to turn builder infinite resources and builder instant build properties to true in the minecraft.properties file and place new chests, rebuild quickly for free again... takes about 5 minutes per building to get it to top level using that method.. (depending on how far your builders hut is from the building..)
