Guards are currently treated as hostiles, which causes the following problems: - Guards cause the "You can't sleep now, monsters nearby" message
- Guards show up as red enemy dots on REI's MiniMap
- Guards are attacked by Thaumcraft defensive seals
Guards also probably break any other mods that depend on differentiating hostiles from friendlies.

You convinced me. I'll change how the guards are done. Only i'll have to wait for 1.3 to come out as it will be a game changer (for the modders).
