So I downloaded this mod a week ago and I have a creative map for a town and I have multiple miners , lumberjacks, deliverymen bakers, and hunters and farmers. I constantly find myself supplying my one builder with wood and supplies. Why isnt he getting supplies from the deliverymen? Also Where are the ores my miners get going? Why do I have to give my workers tools? Also how can i get my builder to be able to get his supplies without me giving them to him?
Are there any workers I dont have. I have seen threads for guards, blacksmiths etc. If there are any can you give me the recipe?

Why isnt he getting supplies from the deliverymen? Also Where are the ores my miners get going? Why do I have to give my workers tools? Also how can i get my builder to be able to get his supplies without me giving them to him? The delivery man gathers resources from worker chests (miner, lumberjack, farmer, baker), and brings them to the the delivery man's chest. The delivery man's chest has an area of about 8 blocks sphere, and he will drop stuff into any chests in that area that have matching stuff. So you can get the delivery man to sort incoming stuff by putting chests near his chest, and then priming them with a little of each kind of thing you want in it. The builder uses resources from chests nearby his chest. I don't know how big that area is. I put the builder chest and the delivery man chest nearby each other, and the builder collects from all the chests that the delivery man drops into. Building tools...This is a planned feature for the future, I think the blacksmith? But for today, you can rig something to drop tools directly into the delivery man's chest. My favorite way to do this is to use BuildCraft. This is a picture of downstairs, below my delivery man's chest area: The supplier pipe going to the delivery man's chest is set to keep two of each tool. If the delivery man takes out a tool then the crafting benches turn wood and cobblestone into another tool and replace it. And any time I need an axe or a shovel or whatever, I can just pick up one pre-made from his chest. I'm planning on expanding it to keep an iron sword, full set of iron armor, bow and a stack of arrows on hand for any time I burn through one, or want to kit up another guard station.
