Constructive and repetitious.
I decided to take a peak around rather than start off with a noob topic about the mod updating, so far I think I can avoid that particular stigma by throwing out ideas and trying to help in as an unobtrusive manner as possible.
Since I read in several locations that all but one of the devs no longer maintains any contact, let alone works on the mod anymore, might it be a worthwhile idea for the sole remaining dev to think about picking up a team, even if it is one or two people, it would be a monumental strain off of the dev. Even if they don't want to share the source code, giving someone the task of making a few lines of code for them would be, while tedious, advantageous.
The next idea is that, if the dev hasn't already, they should hold off on adding anymore features until they can update what is already there. However, this gets far too close to repeating what a lot of other people have said, so I'll leave this as is.
I've been a long time fan of this mod from a distance, and naturally over time I had a lot of interesting ideas, at least interesting to me, but I know that this isn't the time to propose too many. So for now, that is all I'll say. Hopefully this is tolerable.
Also, I noticed a lot of topics locked that ask a lot of the same questions, might I suggest that if the problem is still recurring, why not have a designated topic for such things? Simply delete all other topics asking about updates and leave that one for the ignorant people to ask questions, it could also localize where anyone would have to answer said questions if they so chose to.
