So i was thinking of buying Lands of Lore 1+2 from Gog.com. I have seen Lets plays of the game and it looks good but im wondering if it would be fun to play. I am concerned if i would enjoy the same for the navigation controls look slightly cumbersome along with the map. As anyone played it? would you recommend it?

To those not aware, Lands of Lore 1+2 is currently on GoG for $6. I haven't personally played them but I have heard some pretty decent things about it.
Also heard that the first part is better than the second, but that's often the case with most games anyway, lol
So yeah, it's only $6, go for it.

I think i should $6 for two games is pretty good, I may need DOSBox for it but i don't think that would be an issue. I enjoy Gog i got Beneath a steel sky and Vampire masquerade redemption from it.

They have Kings Quest! I just played the AGD version of KQ1 the other day... really liked it, and it's free. They only have 1, 2, and 3 redone though. They don't have Quest for Glory though! BOO!

Favorite kings quest game for me is Kings Quest V, even though I haven't played in ages

I haven't really played King's Quest much. I played through QfG 1-3 again not too long ago (less than a year?) with DOSbox but I don't much like 4... so I've never gotten around to playing 5, though it looks awesome.
