I'll keep this first post updated with all known bugs from everyones posts.. together with details of work arounds (if found).
Feel free to post additional bugs in this thread, although I will (Edit: not) delete your post (Edit: as I don't have the rights ) when I add it to the first post for clarity... Also feel free to post if you can expand any bug report, or have found a work-around...
BUGS
1. Villages seem to get stuck if 2 of them cross at a corner of a building/block. (Especially obvious around Doors)
Workaround
None Yet - Removing doors at problematic building entrances can help for now...
2. The town hall attic is to dark and mobs spawn up there can confuse villagers.
Workaround
Manually Place a Torch
3. Builder randomly stop, has to be pushed to get going. (I know this is nothing new, but he seems to be the only one doing it)
Workround
4. Delivery men seem not to be picking up stuff from hunters box. Other reports of Deliveryman "Loosing" items, especially from the miner
Workaround

5. Builder is having issues building upgrades containing Wool Blocks (This manifests itself as the builder getting part way through the build and then placing 1 block, running back to builder hut after each subsequent block.
NOTE: this may just relate to coloured wool blocks - Testing needed to confirm

Latest Rc16b (Download Here) version of the mod should fix this issue
6. Miner doesn't recognise torches in the bottom right hand slot of his chest (seen once, not tested if I can replicate)
Workaround
Move torches to other slot in chest.
7. Lumberjack replaced his own chest with a sapling, thus destroying himself.
Workaround

8. "Cannot Find Symbol xx in Gloassary" Errors
Workaround
Manually replace all instances of c5 in the warehouse 3 floorplan with C1 (and presumably Warehouse 4 as well)
Manually add the line Ib=101 to the default.lexicon file in the /resources/floorplan's directory.
9. Builder gets stuck in buildings he constructs.. He no longer dies, but can still get stuck in walls/floors untill you dig him out - can repeat every time with the builder house...
Workaround
Keep an eye on him and dig him/push him out if he gets stuck
10. The info text for the town hall is displaced from the piece of paper and is unreadable.
Workaround
Known issue with the TMI mod.. Disable TMI to fix for now... Please post if happening when NOT using TMI...
11. Builder occasionally doesn't recognise a floorplan that exists.. - Has been seen by two separate individuals, once with the Bank2, and once with the Builders Hut 2 floorplans. - More testing to confirm please!
Workaround
Try destroying the build sign, and re-sending the build order. (Worked for Builder Hut 2 sign, but not for Bank 2)
Possibly fixed with a New Bank2 Floorplan File
12. Lumberjack can start chopping wood that is part of adjacent buildings, and even wood in his own building thinking it is a tree.
Workaround
Ensure lumberjack is remote from other "wood" buildings and has plenty of regular trees to cut..
13. Builder got halfway through Warehouse4 and stops. *notice that wool is added in Warehouse3*
14. Builder sometimes stops working on project and walks between his citizen hut (not his builder hut) and his project. This happened to me on the Warehouse1 and Blind1. Seems to be fine the next MC day though.
15. DoubleChests in Warehouse look funny. the one block will be invisible and the other block will be rotated sideways and half of a doublechest. simply cosmetic, works fine.
16. Two of my citizens with different names became farmers at one farmer chest. The second followed the first a couple blocks behind and mimicked the first.
17. Farmer seems to have no regard for the working range I give him in the properties file. He started farming far out of range.
18. Builder seems to have some trouble with Minerhut3. It looks different everytime I construct it.
